Discovery, the world’s leading documentary media and entertainment company, recently put together an entirely new team to lead the transformation process of their streaming service Dplay across multiple platforms.

We were asked to help Discovery envision and develop a best-in-class OTT service that never ceases to fuel users’ curiosity, and we’ve engaged two design teams in parallel agile processes to help them shape and reach that future vision. One team has been focused on imagining the future of steam service and creating prototypes that can be used externally to validate concept and internally to align Dplay under a clear future vision by 2021. Our second team blended with Discovery’s product team, helping them prioritize and improve the existing product with new design, UX, & UI.
